Frugality paying off

We took the air conditioners out of the windows in mid September. And for the past few months I've been drying clothes in the sunshine very often - since I bought the coat rack to use for hanging clothes on hangers to dry.

We got the Excel (gas + electric) bill the other day and our averaged monthly billing was lowered by almost $90. The coat rack now paid for itself.

Hubby also called Comcast and told them we're thinking of switching to the dish. They immediately offered us a bundle at $100 less a month for the next 12 months.

So now we're saving $190 a month.
