1. thanks. I went through a lot of that myself

this fall. My beloved thought I had lost my mind standing around feeling for leaks. We still have a lot of leakage, but we used about 20 tubes of caulk and 2 or 3 bundles of insulation. We also retaped all the pipes for the furnace.

2. also helps more than you think to get door snakes-keeps the drafts from

coming in under the doors and keeps the heat inside.
