4. It's like any of business

You need to build it and get the right contacts. I'm not sure if you can make a full time income but you can certainly make extra money if you are already in the RE or mortgage business. I was selling V/MC merchant services nationwide for years and had to use these people when the bank required a picture of the location. You are paying for in the information on the industries and specific banks that need your services. You can save the money and spend hours complying it yourself. I think that is silly.
