Cheney's Hunting Accident: Proof he is a COWARD |
|
The fact that Cheney DID NOT INFORM the PUBLIC of the accident himself... The fact that Cheney DID NOT TALK WITH POLICE... The fact that Cheney STILL HAS NOT SPOKEN PUBLICLY about this subject... The fact that Cheney is HIDING BEHIND the excuse of seeking medical attention (which took about 15 minutes tops) and then hides behind the fact that private citizen had to inform the public...
PROVES that he is a COWARD!!!
AT BEST, he is the type of coward that gets involved in an accident but drives away from the scene of a crime! AT WORST, he is a the type of COWARD that would commit a crime and frame a relative for it!
I MOVE that we add another reason for IMPEACHMENT: High crimes, misdemeanors and COWARDICE!

3. I just gotta say it.... |

Hunting accidents do happen. They aren't really all that rare and they are often minor in nature. I despise Cheney but harping on this is just as bad as impeaching a president over a blow job. Cheney didn't even do it on purpose.
Aren't there enough really serious issues with regard to Cheney that we should try and focus on?

4. Man, people are not seeing the signifigance of this... |

It's NOT THE ACCIDENT. It's HOW CHENEY DEALT WITH IT!
This guy can't handle an accident in a positive way, showing leadership and cooperation with the law, why is he our V.P.?!?!
It shows that he should not be in the position he is.

5. Oh, I COMPLETELY agree that he shouldn't be in the position he is |
|
but I could of told you that 20 years ago.
Cheney was involved in an accident. As far as accidents go, I think he was better equipped to deal with it than most. He had a team of doctors with him who gave immediate assistance to his friend. Assistance that isn't usually available. The "law" was WITH Cheney for pete's sake. I'm sure his secret service agents dealt with the messy paperwork while Cheney dealt with what he considered important, his 78 yo friend. I know I would want to be with my friend in that case and I wish I had the luxury of traveling with a team of doctors and secret service agents to deal with the details so that I could spend my time dealing with what really mattered to me.
If this had been an ordinary guy who had a hunting accident no one would expect him to publicly announce how sorry he was. Cheney's friend knows that he is sorry and his only concern was his well being. Let this one go and concentrate on the fact that Cheney is far more than a bumbling idiot when it comes to running our country.
