Does anyone get profit sharing anymore?

The company my daughter currently does. But it seems like you don't hear much about it anymore.

1. Yeah. It's 3% combined with a 3% matching contribution to

our 403b plan. It's worked out so you have to set your own contribution to 6% to capture the whole 3% matching. I work for a not for profit blood center.
