Workers Memorial Day, I watched a man die needlessly on video

I've been waiting for the local press to post Omaha's Workers Memorial Day ceremony. It isn't online yet and may wait till tomorrow.

Our safety trainer showed a video of a man not wearing his safety equipment (arc flash) in an electrical vault. He was blown back 10 feet and hot metal went through his body. I hope all that see the video will think twice about safety on the job from now on.
