An appeals court will hear arguments June 3rd on whether the NFL owners lockout of players is legal. A federal judge in Minnesota ruled the lockout was illegal but the Eighth Circuit Court stayed that lower court ruling pending an appeal. Players, meanwhile, have picked up support from the NFL Coaches Association in their legal fight to end the owner-imposed lockout.
