vacationing on the Turks & Caicos, and also spend a few days on Providenciales. Anyone been there? Any advice?

It's the last unspoiled bastion in the Caribbean. Few tourists, no shopping to speak of, no cruise ship hoardes. Just miles of sandy beaches and aqua water. We always go off season, from Nov 1st -Dec 15th time frame. One year we had rain the entire time in early November, but never any hurricanes.
Don't go in Sept/Oct. many restaurants are closed, resorts often give their staff these months off.
PM me if you want more info. We've considered buying a vacation/retirement home there someday, possibly
