1. I haven't, but I'd go in a heartbeat.
A travel show called 'Lonely Planet' profiled Mongolia. Maybe you can find that episode somewhere. I seem to recall something about eating a soup filled with things we might find unsavory. But that was out in the country.
Also, I think the first season of 'Amazing Race' started there.
