If it is a US Airways voucher, it'll cost you at least that much to use it.

I made the mistake of being voluntarily bumped from a US Airways flight one time in exchange for one of their vouchers.

Using the thing was more of a headache and expense than it was worth. They tack on additional fees and restrictions that make it worth a few bucks net, at best.
