Anybody have suggestions/connections for apt in Sorrento, Italy?

Trying to quickly put a Barcelona/Sorrento trip together for summer. Looking to settle in Sorrento for at least a week to explore area, get to know locals. Kids want to consider an apartment rather than hotel.

2. Looked at a dozen sites

More dozens of apartments...had a choice between about 6 or 7, given the late date (2 months ahead). Think we found a nice one with sea view, nice kitchen, just outside the busy centro, air conditioning, singing nuns in the convent behind, access to nearby pool.

Sorrento seems to be a good base for exploring and for keeping teens entertained: lots of socializing, nightclubs, dancing, music, safe wandering, etc.. Looking forward to it.

Anyone thinking of Sorrento....I'm now a well qualified expert, on paper at least. Lots of research on activites, restaurants, side trips, hikes, etc.. We're ready.

3. My sister's returning from Italy next week after two weeks there.

I'm sure Sorrento was one of the places she went to. I'll see if I can pick her brain for anything outstanding she discovered.
