I was just reading some stuff about El Salvador from Noam Chomsky. Haven't gotten around to posting it yet, or maybe I should let our hermanita from El Salvador do so.

this GREAT history of Central America. My family is more or less in crisis right now, so I haven't been able read yet. But, I am dying to! It's a great text, with maps of indigenous cultures, great photos and dang, I feel luck I struck gold. The historian is Gavidia.
