The problem... stupid people do not know how stupid they are. This is a guy who has been cramming hand fed questions and answers by a tutor. It is so obvious.

This is how it probably went normally with his tutor in his practice sessions.

Tutor: "So you agree with President....."
Herman: "Okay... Libya......I know we went over this. President Obama supported the uprising, correct?"

Real life Reality break: (Ooops, that was not my tutor helping me to memorize this.)

If it was his tutor, he would have said, "Yes, that is corect. Come On Herman, you know this..... He supported the uprising, and....."
Tutor: Okay, when you get stuck, fall back to "I do not agree with Obama for the following reason.....

Herman: Nope, that was a different one. There are so many practice questions, with all of those funny sounding names. Oops.... all of these questions.... damn.... this was the other Libya question.... can you give me a hint?

I gotta go back... got all of these practice questions and answers twirling around in my head from "Foreign Policies for dummies". And that tutor, he keeps going through question and answer, one after the next.

The moral of the story: This is so great because it really shows what it looks like when you are as fucking stupid as this guy is, with no foreign policy knowledge, and have to make decisions.
