1. THINK about it. This could be going on at a wide variety of levels locally, to influence stuff as |
|
horrible and threatening to the Constitution as police raids, or to include things as simple and powerful as cigarette money.

Nice work by Chris Hayes but I'm thinking
this is just the tip of the iceberg.

5. Don't totally trust the media |
|
They know psychology and this seems like one more negative story, like all the arrests, etc.
They want to control the narrative, and even the bought liberal anchors will bend to the beltway narrative.
We the people must keep OWS alive, don't expect the corporate media to do it.

Chris Hayes nailed it: "Everything that's wrong with America in four short pages." Hopefully as his show goes on he'll loosen up a bit and be easier to watch, with less hand twitches, etc. Lawrence O'Donnell was stiff and almost unwatchable when he started subbing for Keith Olbermann, but now he's great. Hayes should improve with time as well. I am so glad MSNBC is giving these smart, progressive people a chance, although I always wonder why it does. It's almost too good to be true. How could a big corporation like MSNBC (isn't GE its parent company?) let these folks tell truth to power?
