I've been saying something similar about the Presidential race: Obama is leading the Republicans by a few points, but as the campaign heats up and people see the differences between Obama and the Republicans, it will be very difficult for the Party of Palin to beat him.

Likewise for Warren. As people learn more about her and Brown, more of them will flock toward her.

In any case, for a challenger to be neck-and-neck with an incumbent in a US Senate race a year from the election can only be bad news for the incumbent.
