I got what I was hoping for. Now if they can only follow through on that promise. The DEMS have my vote to be sure!

The disparities between the wealth of rich seniors and poor young people is to raise taxes on those with high incomes, not to punish poor seniors and poor young people with cuts to Social Security and Medicare.

Above all, at least some inheritance taxes should be imposed on the wealth of the very rich. Nobody can take their money with them. And allowing huge fortunes to pass from one family member to another untaxed creates an aristocracy -- which is what our ancestors rebelled against in 1776.
