I just had a meltdown

Spent ten minutes in the back alley screaming at my son, his friend and my ex-wife about half-a-dozen issues.

When I got hung in a loop screaming, "Do not piss off the crazy person" saner heads bundled me up, brought me inside and handed me a cat.

I've got a call in to my shrink.
