The CBPP endorses the Senate HCR Tax Plan

I just posted it in my journal. The CBPP is one of the most progressive think tanks out there. They promote policy decisions that favor low-to-middle income. They would not be endorsing the Senate HCR Tax plan if it wasn't favorable to low-and-middle income families.
