"Conservative" Pukes
. . . seem to me to be more batshit crazy and stupider than ever, yet curiously back in the game.

I'm having a hard time reconciling this. How can it possibly be true? 1) How can they possibly get crazier and stupider; and 2) How do WE, THE PEOPLE allow them or enable them?

Remember that little song after GWB was re-elected? It went "Nation of assholes, nation of assholes. I live in a country that's a nation of assholes. . . "

I thought we learned something and now I'm thinking that maybe we didn't.
