Speaking of keeping cool..we're having a proper heat wave here in New York. Yesterday, today, and the next 3 days will be in the '90s..after that it goes down to the '80s so all we can do is make the best of it.
I like it hot but I also like the Ocean nearby.B-)

I skipped town and went to see duct tape and cardboard races in Lakeport, CA, on Clear Lake.
Clear Lake is the state's largest natural lake. Tahoe doesn't rank as it's shared with Nevada.
