about everything ...was absolutely right..

I put six.. count them six.. people on ignore, just for their threads (not their responses in other threads, just the ops they start).. and it was like a light went on in a dark hallway.

There are tons of people and ops that I disagree with or agree with, but they are always disagreements of policy..

GD is suddenly not a such a dark place of where we are headed as a country..and the I hate Obama no matter what ops.

It was amazing.

So I have forgotten who told me that, or where I read it.. but thank you!! The old DU is back..

(Funny how six people seemed to break us up into such dissident groups.. or maybe it was that six that got on my nerves the most) :hi:

I have more than a few on "iggy"(Thanks Tarheel), too..but, I don't even bother with GD.

My reasons for coming to DU are to find out what the President is up to and to communicate with kindred spirits about how to support what the White HOuse is doing or let them know if I don't agree with something..there's enough negativity being fed everyone by propaganda radio and tv..and it turns out..some so-called left blogs.

I put a boatload of people on Ignore during the primaries. When I went back a few months later, it turned out that nearly all of them had been subsequently Tombstoned.

I'll bet that many of those seventy are...uh...no longer a problem!

How I do not know. There are a couple of them that I thought would be gone during the primary but cleared my list after the election and they were still there. Now (surprise, surprise) those same people are back on my list and as far as I know are never reprimanded for their hateful posts. Evidently I don't understand the rules and how they are enforced. :shrug:

scads of people running around in GD and GDP unrec'ing like mad, so even if they aren't as loud as the others, there are quite a few of them there who man the unrec brigades.
