The Quotable Democrat

As James Carville said recently in a fund-raising letter for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee: "I've always said politics is like the circus: the worst job is cleaning up after the elephants. We're just beginning to find out how true that is."

This is the guy who thought Harold Ford should lead the DNC! Ha!

The quote is true but I wouldn't trust the man behind the quote.

7. You called Obama center-right.
So I'm assuming you're to the left of Fridrich Engels. Yes, please assume about me. I'm a mainstream American Democrat.

8. I love guns, but knives even more.
I'm big into red meat, lots of it. I support the death penalty, not as a deterrent, but as a means of ultimate punishment. Assume away!

you dont have to post two comments as the same reply.

i know that rage and self righteousness inside you prevents you from taking the time to look at silly things like words or buttons, but next time i suggest you use it.

p.s.

death is the easiest escape.
hence, why people shoot themselves before being arrested.

3. and then there's something that goes along the lines of this:
"Back in 2000 a Republican friend warned me that if I voted for Al Gore and he won, the stock market would tank, we'd lose millions of jobs, and our military would be totally overstretched. You know what? I did vote for Gore, he did win, and I'll be damned if all those things didn't come true!"
