the motorcycle is more therapy for the body. My mind needs a less mechanical therapy, and more psychological.
Bicycle is more therapy, and very good exercise.
But therapy for my head ... I don't know. What is the best, I need to think about it.

It wouldn't have the same visibility under the jacket. Even if it's brightly colored.
(I almost always wear the full helmet and armored jacket)
