Nice long ride with my neighbor this afternoon

he has a v-star 1100 (mine is a 650)

he has 'taken me under his wing' so to speak and knows a LOT about maintenance, etc...

we took an hour or so ride on this beautiful New England afternoon. My first time riding with someone else.

he led and I picked up a TON of 'tips' just by watching him lead us through some beautiful roadways.

GAWD that was fun.

my bike is ready for her 600 mile maintenance now. hoping to drop it off on Thursday night after work and pick it up on Saturday.

she is running smoother and smoother every mile. I.Am.Thrilled.
