And I refuse to allow her rights to be curtailed in my lifetime.
This isn't the first time this sort of tactic has been used, however: A state legislator in VA a few years ago tried to do something similar in which "fetal deaths" had to be reported to the police.

Haven't they been equally obsessed with denying glbt's equal status? Hey, let's obsess over one aspect of women and create legislation to punish them for exercising free will. While we're at it, let's ensure a mass of cells that couldn't function as individuals outside of the womb is recognized as the uber-holy entity that it is. Let's give the fetus more rights, priviledges and importance than the women they come from. While we're at it, let's make sure the glbt people know we think they're shit. :crazy:
