Anyone using PhonePower? I just dumped MagicJack.

I really liked MJ when it worked but all of a sudden no one could hear me and I had no dial tone. After over five hours in a live chat and many alternations to my computer and router it still wasn't fixed! They told me it was my anti-viral software interferring....had to disable my firewall and anti-virus and open ports on the router...none of which helped and I didn't like doing in the first place. All is back to where it was (I think) and I deleted the MJ software. Now I need another service. Reading about PhonePower I felt better....are they any good?
