| Yellowbook & their collection service partner...... |

Hello, Newbie here, wondering if many of you have had dealings with Yellowbook and a firm called Receivable Management Services...Yellow book is claiming I purchased a book ad and website services for my electric contracting company that went out of business. They're even trying to bill for a year before I asked about their services......and a year after I closed. I have recorded calls from their service rep asking where I lived, asking what my phone number is, and their receptionist stating that the person who calls most often is not an employee. I recorded a 40 minute call from the collection agency and requested signed copies of color ok, page ok and contract but they refuse to answer. When I asked the collection rep, Ms. Marjorie Griffin, how a supposed information company selling information does not have my address for my ad on their contract, she balked a bit. They have complaints on several BBB websites, state Attorney Generals offices and now also at the Federal Trade Commission. I have offered her the links to the recordings, but she did not seem interested. I'll e-mail her again offering them for $300.00 apiece... Anyone have previous dealings with these bassTurds? thanks , Dennis
