| Anyone familiar with suing over ebay negative feedback? |
|
I've researched this some and it seems you can take a buyer to court for negative feeback - does anyone have any experience or other info on it? I have a buyer who left completely false feedback about me - feedback I can absolutely prove is false. I asked ebay to investigate it and remove it and of course they said they "couldn't" - ebay has completely thrown their sellers under the bus and then backed it up over them again.
This woman is absolutely vile and a liar and I'm willing to pay some to see the situation rectified, so I'm trying to find out as much information as I can on my options. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :hi:

| 1. There was a case in Great Britain, but I don't know if anyone |

in the U.S. has sued. If you google "ebay negative feedback lawsuit" you'll get a bunch of hits. If you've got the cash to fund an attorney to go after the guy, ebay sellers would erect a monument in your honor somewhere. Winning a libel lawsuit might be just what it takes for ebay to start respecting sellers again.
