eBay is still the big dog, despite all the crappy decisions they've made the past few years. Up until then, they'd occupied such a huge space in the online resale world that they left barely any room for competitors.

I can also tell you that my eBay store (primarily vinyl records) is still productive. I used to have about 1000 items in it and sold several per week. It's dwindled down to less than 400 but I still sell several per month. Recommend that you do weekly auctions to help create store traffic.
