| I have rocks in my head, as Grammy used to say. |

Hit a few sales today, came home with a necklace for my granddaughter, a cardboard 30 gallon drum with locking cover for storage and...and... a pair of Dingo Cowboy boots with silver ornaments on the heels and toes. Now, mind you, I'd never wear cowboy boots, they don't fit anyway but something about them appealed to me. I will clean them up, stuff them with paper and store them away. Don't ask me why, I have no idea.
Slim pickings in these parts.
Anyone find a goodie?

| 1. LOL. A couple of months ago I was driving down a local street |

and spotted a "free" pile. There was some road construction going on, but the grader didn't have to wait too long for me to grab a pair of cowboy boots from the pile. They were in decent condition and the real thing from Texas. I sold them the very next day. Tag sales, in general, have been horrible. Last evening I went to a church sale and the best find was a treenware bowl signed by someone in New Zealand. I found the guy on the Internet and emailed to get an idea of the value, but haven't heard back yet. Today I went out bright and early and the sale that sounded best was the worst. I was so disgusted by it all I said to hell with it and went home mid-morning. I hate when that happens.
