I finally watched this show on HGTV and enjoyed it. For some reason I was put off by the ads for the show. But turns out that I liked it and will probably treat myself to a mini marathon some day soon to catch up.
I have no idea if her pricing is on target for her area of the country. But it was kind of nice seeing a woman picker for a change.

prices are very high. She also advertises that HGTV will be filming her sales. Maybe she can get those higher prices because people who wouldn't ordinarily go to an estate sale come out of curiosity.Needless to say,I left empty handed.
