Richard Schiff (Toby) from West Wing is on Larry King talking about Joe. He campaigned in Iowa for Joe.

Richard Schiff said he met Biden in SC and they started talking. Schiff said that Biden was the only politician he had ever met who actually engaged in a real conversation, an actual dialog. He asked a lot of questions and they ended up in the hotel courtyard talking until 3:00 in the morning.

4. Toby is one of my favorite characters
on West Wing and now I like Richard Schiff as well.
