They just ignored McCain and Palin, and all the good material out there to work with. I was so disappointed that they focused almost entirely on the Dems, Biden, Murtha, Pelosi, Clinton, etc. Geez, what the hell was that about.
One interesting note - Coldplay played a record three times and at the end of the last number, the lead singer yelled "Barack Obama"!
But back to the beginning segment, I was hoping that Biden would walk onto the set like they've done before. It would have offset the negativity and been funny as hell.
Hopefully next week, the last week before the election, will be better. I hope they realize the comedy gold will not be around much longer. Use it or lose it.

3. Now we can look forward to |
|
watching it on Hardball's Sideshow, CNN, non-stop. Thankfully the Obama team is a well oiled machine and the majority of Dem talking heads will be defending Joe.
It would have been great to have Biden show up. Afterall, they owe him!
Why was it so funny when they did it Palin? ;)

7. I really thought that was where they were going with the skit |
|
as they seemed to be going too far which often is followed by the real person walking in.
I hadn't thought about the segment showing up everywhere. Shit, that will be annoying.

4. It was sort of funny but not really very Joe. They do Rethugs much better. |
|
Dems are not as funny because they actually want to help the country and are screwing up left and right. I bet Jason Sudeikis is hoping Obama and Biden win though, I think he likes playing Joe.

5. I think he does a good Joe. |

Got the hairdo - the smile - the mannerisms down. some of it was pretty funny, it just went on too long. Too long for a Bidenite, that is.

6. Yeah, Dems aren't really very funny |
|
There's not enough there to make fun of. With republicans, the stuff just writes itself!
Sudeikis is a pretty good Biden.
