Watching the Delaware senator on the campaign trail for the last several weeks has been a rare joy in an increasingly joyless campaign. Despite his deserved reputation for non-stop verbosity, Mr. Biden is engaging, interesting and enthusiastic. He talks to working-class voters without condescending, and he summarizes his ticket’s policy agenda in a more succinct and understandable manner than either of the presidential nominees. >>>
