2. I read security officials did not want him to even participate in Event Day

but we know Joe and there is no way he would not want to return to Wilmington and see all the people that supported him and Barack. I think the Secret Service will have a bit of a headache on their hands for 4 years-Joe really likes to mingle with the people. He reminds me of Bill Clinton in that aspect.

I think everyone had to go through a metal detector etc. to even watch it.
