Seattle is raining, gray, overcast, forecasting some flooding rivers -- not unusual at this time of year.

I LOVE it! Even when it would get gray and rainy in NC -- it never got DAMP and cool, and I missed that!

Talked to my best friend Jim in LA a few minutes ago -- hot and it'll be in the mid 90's by the weekend. We both feel that is just WRONG for November!

What's the weather like there -- has ski season begun?

15. The glaciers are open, they are probably getting snow

today in the higher elevations. It's been cold and miserable for 2 days now, I think the November ICK pattern is upon us. Up until Tues., we had temps in the 60s and sunshine, totally weird. Like you said "wrong for November." We haven't had any snow yet, which is weird, I hope this season isn't a wash out. :(

We're going skiing over Xmas in Austria, I'd imagine by then there will snow, we chose Zillertal and the Tux glacier. http://www.tux.at/winter.html I cannot wait! BUT I am not in a hurry to rush through Nov/Dec., I am flying home next Friday. :bounce:
