Doesn't make him look too good! I like the reminder of how Biden handled him and the fact that neither he or Obama voted for him.

If there were any doubts before, there aren't now. And he's such a NERD, but I won't hold that against him. Hopefully Obama will have an opportunity to nominate a couple justices while in office.

Scalia still takes the cake for being the biggest A-hole with the "get over it stuff" about the 2000 Supreme court decision, I will never get over it thank you very much.

9. Its really tough to choose

Scalia is the most obnoxious and smug....I hate smug. Alito is coming across as petty and nerdy. And Thomas is just so totally unqualified for the job and he's a whiner.

There is something about him (Roberts) that I just don't trust. He gives me the creeps.
I just get this feeling that Roberts is really disturbed...kinda like a priest that molests little boys.

Maybe because he is chief justice and feels he needs to have some sort of class? I immensely dislike his views however. I have not heard him say dumb stuff in public, has he?
