I have mixed feeling here as it was Mark Tobin who set this whole thing up and is advising Joe.

Oh, I'm quite sure he knew nothing about it. He was trusting that Tobin guy to steer him in the right direction. Obviously Joe doesn't have time to research it on his own. This really sucks.
