but not in places like the SFRC hearing room or low-light TV interviews. So I dunno...
I don't like vanity, but it beats a midlife crisis where hires a prostitute or otherwise cheats on his wife or something :shrug:

It looked like Joe was having trouble with his eyes for quite a while and the one eye looked half-closed. Its possible he had a procedure done for medical reasons.

My husband had the same procedure & it was by request of his eye doctor (Nice - insurance paid for it :) ) When the eye lid starts drooping over the eye, it needs to be done.
When Joe was on Larry King, I saw that he had the same scars as my hubby.
His one one was looking pretty bad, so I don't think this was totally about vanity.
