He knew it was coming, but he didn't care. He went after a guy who hated Joe and he did it with amazing skill. This was around the time when Joe was considered the number one choice for VP.

Many of us had the provocateur on ignore. The individual really hated Biden supporters with a passion. It was bizarre.

I haven't seen Gateley since she resurfaced. It would be nice to share all the excitement with the old gang.

I know when Biden was out of the race so early, I was so disappointed, but I was also able to sit back & watch it all play out without much emotional investment. Then when Obama picked Biden, the emotional part was involved again!

And what an election season! A moving & inspiring dem convention, the surprise Palin selection, McCain/Palin's rise in numbers, the Palin/Coric interview & the whole unmasking of this unknown candidate, the collapse of the housing market, McCain/Palin's fall in numbers, but underlying it all, the specter of boosh/cheney in the background, wondering what they could be up to. And even now, I am not 100% certain we will take the White House. I put nothing past the bastards. I won't heave a sigh of relief until Tuesday.

I can hardly wait.

10. It really has been an exciting year

A real roller coaster ride. I've never seen an election that came close and I've never seen so many people involved in politics.

Well, I'll be here Tuesday. Its finally sinking in that it is REAL.
