LA Times has a great piece on Jilly.

She's the first Second Lady to work outside.

Great article except for the "Dr" part.

And it's her choice whether to be called Dr. Biden or not.

Anyone who works hard enough for a Ph.D. should be respected for the effort they put into it. It's not like they give them out like candy.

(married to a Ph.D., who prefers NOT to use the Dr.)
