So I get this "letter" with a photo enclosed from the DNC. I open it and see a (form) letter from "Vice President Joe Biden."

The heart skips a beat. Could a photo of VP Biden be in this stack?

Aw...it's a picture of President Obama taking the oath.

Not VP Biden. (But he signed Obama's picture....that's curious!)

Oh, well.
