Crazy request for my fellow Bidenites - I need help if you're willing

My aunt just sent me one of those crazy chain letter things.

It contained a $1.00 lotter scratch off ticket

You all know the drill - I'm supposed to move her name up and put my name below and then mail it to six people with a $1.00 scratch ticket (and also send one back to the top person on the list).

I thought I'd play a little practical joke on her by having only people from outside of Iowa send lottery tickets back to her.

I don't want to send it to someone who doesn't want or can't spend the $10.00 for tickets and postage to continue the game.

But....

If you want to be part of my joke please PM me your address and I'll mail you an Iowa scratch-off ticket w/the game rules.
