When I saw that clip, I saw a very insecure man. I wondered if it was from
when he was a stutterer and people made fun of him.

Joe has definitely mellowed with age.

and bragged that his (Joe's) IQ was higher than the reporter's. I remember commenting to you, that I would have never voted for THAT Joe.

Of course, there are the film clips of Joe with his boys in the hospital and those melted my heart.
