OMG! It looks fantastic!!!

"Vegan with a Vengeance" has a Fauxtess Cupcake recipe that I would love to try. If you go to the author's site, it has great reviews. But it is quite an ordeal to make a cream filled cupcake with two types of frosting. BTW, the secret ingredient in the cupcake is black cocoa. I ordered it from King Arthur cuz I couldn't find it locally. And I still haven't made them! :blush:

And even though I never bake, I am tempted to purchase the cake pan that makes this cake:

I saw that cake pan at Amazon and I have to say it is pretty cool. Of course, if I made it, it wouldn't look anything like that!
