1. But, but, but..........
Cheney wasn't a "gaffe machine"! He was just a pathological LIAR!!! Certainly not as newsworthy.

2. George W. Bush and all his minions defended Cheney - no matter what he did
Everyone in the Obama Administration has thrown Biden under the bus.

What a thankless group considering what Biden has done for them (bet Dem. Senator Spector wouldn't do that to Joe).

4. Well, everything today is Supreme court nominees
and swearing in Commerce Secretary and HHS Secretary.

Found it interesting that Obama made a little joke of not "swearing in twice" like happened to him. Hmmmm its okay for HIM to make a joke about it, but not Joe.

I've only watched a little bit of TV so far, so can't be sure what happened earlier.

5. We got our first case of the H1N1 here in CT. About 8 more suspected cases.
Its going to spread but I am not going to panic about it. However, Joe did give some good common sense advice that I am going to take and was going to do before he said anything anyways.
Nothing much said about it all day. The MSM talks something to death for a day and then its gone. You can only talk about one thing for so long.
On CSpan after the swearing in of Sebelius and Locke it looked like Joe tripped down the stairs and then he held on really tight to our new HHS. It was kind of funny. Joe is having no luck at all. Poor thing. :)

6. We have 4 cases in Az - 2 schools are closed.
Poor Joe - they probably have him feeling like he's walking on eggshells.

7. Yeah, he is probably so distracted right now about not making a mistake
I think this thing is going to spread but not be a full on pandemic. There are cases suspected at some Universities here which does have me kind of worried as I go to a community college (getting a certificate in early childhood ed) and there might be some people there might have gone to Mexico over spring break. Schools probably might be the worst places.
