What a jerk - did you hear he called the WH and apologized.
What kind of elected official calls the President a liar to his face on national tv? Can you imagine if
a dem did that to Bush? He would've been sent to Gitmo...

8. Sam Donaldson was on Randi Rhodes today, and he said he sat through the

contentious times of civil rights, when the Southerners (the racist ones) felt this was their last gasp and said things got pretty ugly, but NEVER had he seen a spectacle such as this.

4. I heard Randi Rhodes tell a story of how she said to Joe "why don't you just call

Bush on his lies? Why don't you just call him a liar? It's true!" She said Joe became"furious" (consider the source) and said - You do NOT call the President of the United States a liar!" (Although he did tell Cheney he'd fire him if he could :7). He just looked saddened that such coarse behavior and lack of respect was occurring. He's such a class act. As was Obama -- I thought he handled it well, too.
