It appears that maybe the whole "gaffe" representation of Joe has run its course. Today Chuck Todd was talking about Obama not having any strong surrogate for health care. Then he said, that he has the VP, but Biden is dealing with Iraq and his plate is full. I was expecting him to take a cheap shot and was pleasantly surprised.
