we'd be galloping down McChrystal's path toward 40,000 more troops.
I remember at the time, when it was first "leaked" that Joe was voicing hesitation, that he would be able to approach the Prez when others might feel intimidated to do so.
Makes me wonder how much ANY President really knows... the Emperor's New Clothes kind of thing.
Thank God Joe is there!
And thank got the Ambassador has added his weight to that side of the argument.
And, of course, thank God O is willing to step back and consider all aspects of such a crucial move, whereas a lot of former POTUS's may not have.
