I just posted it on my facebook page. I hope to see this on the news. The msm keeps talking about why Obama didn't make a speech tonite... If this was the last administration, you can be sure Cheney's speech would've been covered :X

2. It's from the WH site so prob won't be on the news. Wasn't it great? You know, |
|
we sure haven't been proven wrong in our assessment of Joe. We saw the real guy -- he's everything we believed him to be.

I often wonder if things would be different if he was the President. Jobs; Afghanistan. But then I think about the media just waiting for him to make a "gaffe" and think things are the way they should be.

4. Yeah, I think it turned out for the best, too. For one thing, we know Joe |
|
wouldn't have become President! This way he's right up there and working with a guy who respects his input and trusts him. If all those fucking "gaffe" people would just see these videos of Joe expressing himself like this, they'd STFU and realized what a good person he is. Well, WE know! :pals:

The only way it could be better is if the administration put Joe "out there" more and allowed him to communicate with the public. Obama just isn't connecting with people all that well. I have to admit that when he speaks, I often zone out, whereas when Joe speaks I tend to pay attention.

6. I was thinking when I watched that clip that Joe just lets it flow from his |
|
heart. I hope he is out there more but maybe we're just not aware... it should be covered on the news, too, as P said.
When Obama gives a 'speech' it seems to be lacking -- he does much better when he's speaking to the people, maybe in a question/answer situation.
Joe can do either. :7
I don't know if I've ever seen anybody as out there as Joe. He's amazing.

7. Maybe it is because Joe has more "heart" |
|
than most politicians. I agree that Obama is better in a one-on-one situation and often displays a great sense of humor. As for his speeches, he lacks what Bill Clinton had. I often forget how captivating Clinton was. Like Joe, he spoke from the heart as well, but I believe Joe is more sincere.
